Wow, the new season and probably the last has started up earlier this week but already the show has had its deal of problems, not to mention the own couples issues. First we all knew Kate was more of the man in the family, she lectures Jon, makes the decisions, is very bossy, etc. Jon is more of the gentler side of the house, heck he even quit his job to become a full-time dad and spend more time with his kids. The couple went and renewed their wedding vows and many of us thought just maybe it would strengthen their marriage and commitment. It all seems fake really, the show knew more would tune in and they did.After the last season we got to hear Jon had stepped out on Kate with a pretty little school teacher in their new town. Oh did I forget to tell you, last season they moved from their house to their mcmansion, bought some dogs and property. Talk about being in the money, but guess it doesn’t always make you happy. When pics started surfacing of Jon going out drinking with the ladies volleyball team and then a week later new pics of Jon in the car with another woman, Kate bounced back saying they were working on it. Next we hear Kate Gosselin is cheating on Jon and has for months while he stayed home with the kids. She’d been dating her security guard that is always with her. Hmmm? I kind of believe it.

No one knew if the couple would stay together for a new season, but rumor hit that Kate gave Jon a paper/contract to sign. It dealt with him being on the show another season and he could go out with the ladies, just not on the show. Seems he may have agreed, we saw him on the show for the kids’ birthday party this last week and later during the week we see pics of him drinking with two more ladies. But showing it isnt’ just him, there were pics of that same security guard and Kate walking around town with the kids.

Jon & Kate are now being investigated by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor for violating child labor laws. Now TLC is stating they aren’t breaking any laws. Remind you of another kids reality show? Lets just say that show didn’t last long once it got investigated. Anyways, some are saying Aunt Jodi did the calling for this, I would state it could be anyone watching the show. I mean they’ve stated that it takes hours and hours of filming to get anything done on the show.

Now even Jon Gosselin’s own mom is speaking otu and giving her support. She’s worried too many are painting him the bad guy for stepping out. If he has indeed stepped out, is it wrong? Is there really a contract that allows him to do so? If there is it shows for Kate it was all about the money? Is Kate cheating too?

Pamela Gosselin (Jon’s mom) had this to say to Star Magazine:

“I don’t think he will ever be portrayed fairly. It’s always twisted. I don’t think it’s fair, and it never will be.”

Kate’s own brother and sister-in-law (aunt Jodi) said this:

“They’re being exploited,” Jodi said. “And it’s time for America to see the situation for what it really is, which is unfortunately, there are to laws protecting children in reality TV shows. And it’s time for the public to be aware of this.”

But they worry it is unlikely to stop, saying Jon and Kate are “very blinded by all of this media and… fame and the fortune.

The kids are tired of having their every tear, tantrum and tickle televised, she said.

They would say, ‘Aunt Jodi, I don’t like the cameras on every vacation with us. I don’t like them. Kids have bad times, bad moments — they cry, and having the camera zoom in on a crying child . . . This should not be a form of entertainment.”

Could this be true? Maybe, maybe they don’t realize how much the show will now impact everything their children ever do. Or maybe they aren’t even thinking of the kids at this point. We know they love them, but right now the fame and the promotions are high on that list, for if the show fails they lose.

Kevin (Kate’s Brother also states to RadarOnline.com):

“Six months ago Kate came to Jon and said, ‘Hey, it’s over.”

Kevin’s wife Jodi then jumps in to add her two cents on her sister-in-law’s life, saying, “The show is not reality, and has not been for a long time. This is a train wreck.”

“Jon came to our door one day and told Jodi he suspects it’s Steve the bodyguard, and he feels that he’s getting the bad rap. He feels that Kate’s not being faithful either.”

I think if this really happened, it must’ve been a very scary thing for Jon. While he may have been tired of getting pushed around it was around that point that we started seeing him become more of a voice for himself and then we started seeing pictures of him hanging out with other women a few months later.

Kate has struck back with:

“I don’t know that we’re in the same place anymore, that we want the same thing.”

Umm, yeah, she wants the show and he wants the cameras pointed away from him and his family.

The Network Spokesperson had this to say:

“We are in production for season 5 and moving forward as planned, while fully supporting the family and respecting their needs as they work through this challenging time. This show has always been about a real family dealing with real-life situations, and that will continue to be the case.”

What’s your take on all this?

Chris Brown is once again back in the news and this time he’s striking back at all those that call him a beater and a monster, he insists, “We ain’t going nowhere. Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you all. I ain’t a monster.” I don’t know about you but anyone that hits a woman and gives her a face like Rihanna ended up is definitely one. Course that’s about all he says in regards to that case. For those that are not sure what I’m talking about, back in February the pair (Chris Brown and Rihanna) were seen in a heated discussion and Rihanna was heard screaming. In the end, Chris was arrested and the photo here was the result of “whatever” took place. Chris had no marks on him, at least not from pictures that were released. He did come forward and state he had a temper and was now seeking help, now with a statement that he is no monster makes one wonder. Obviously he still blames the incident on her and has no belief in what he did was wrong.

In recent news dealing with the whole beating/non-beating case Chris has subpoened  Rihanna to appear in court instead of just having her lawyer do her talking.  Guess he thought having her in front of him would make the case disappear. He also tried to get a motion to get all the police and investigative records, judge denied it. If she does appear in court, she can be crossed by Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos. But out of all honesty I don’t think he could say anything to make it okay that she ended up like this:

For those that absolute love Britney Spears or who hate her with a passion, here’s the latest update on Britney. As many know she’s traveling the world for her concert tour and currently on a break until June 1st, but she hasn’t forgotten those she loves. In fact she recently crashed her cousin’s wedding, where she was actually a bridesmaid. No the cousin wasn’t Ali, but Laura Lynne Covington. But before stopping in she spent a great deal of time in the Caribbean with her family. I wonder how Kevin’s girlfriend feels about all this lovely dovey time they spend together, can’t be good on the bedroom life.

Back to the wedding though, Britney’s escort down the aisle was her dear brother, Brian who got married just last year. I wonder how he’s enjoying married life?  This was a very low key wedding and light on the festivities, sounds very southern and family friendly. I hope Britney enjoyed herself and her sons got to play with their cousins.

In Britney’s crazy news, those two Lutfi and his attorney were being asked to pay Britney’s lawyer fees, but they’ve now reduced the amount they want. Here’s the breakdown of what’s being asked now.

Lutfi was $114,000 now $8,500
Ghalib was $72,000 now $65,500
Eardley was $129,900 now $121,000

Think they should pay up?

Oh no, no, no no. Why does the film industry keep doing this? They keep taking all these shows from the 80s that were great and redoing them. I don’t know maybe this is what happens when writers run out of good ideas, they decide to take the best movies and “fix them” that way they are already popular and they can get huge crowds to show up.  Long ago they made “Girls Just want to have Fun” starring Helen Hunt, Sarah Jessica Parker and Shannen Doherty. No one knew how famous these three young girls would become or how popular the song and movie would become. Twentieth Century Fox and Lakeshore Entertainment are teaming together to make this remake.

EW says:

Girls Just Want to Have Fun, the 1985 teen comedy that starred Mad About You’s Helen Hunt and Sex and the City’s Sarah Jessica Parker, looks like it’s getting the remake treatment, according to a report in Variety. Twentieth Century Fox and Lakeshore Entertainment have writer Michelle Morgan working on a new version of the movie, which focused on two girls who were obsessed with dancing and a hit dancing show.

Think it’ll be better than the original? Who do you think will play our popular five? I picture Zac Efron, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and not sure about the last two.

Miley Cyrus may be losing her touch, TMZ got a hold of her contract where she will be doing a guest appearance on the popular kids’ show, “The Suite Life on Deck.” She’s only getting $5,000 for the entire week. Yep, it isn’t anything compared to what she use to make.

Rumor ran wild over the weekend that Paris Hilton and her boyfriend (Doug Reinhardt) went and got married, but the truth is….she DIDN’T.  Another rumor was she got booted off a yacht after getting caught having sex with her Friend in the bathroom, not that that would be big news but for some it was. Paris didn’t like seeing this one and as you can see he’s still her BOYFRIEND.

That story some tabloid ran about my boyfriend and I on a yacht is such a lie that it’s a joke! That was my good friends boat and first of all she would never ask me to leave and second of all I would never do that. It’s so lame that people will just create these crazy stories. I can’t believe the stories people will make up, so gross! I’m so sick of all these false rumors, it’s not fair that writers can get away it. They have no credibility. Mike Tyson’s 4-year-old daughter, Exodus died on Tuesday around 11:45 a.m. Exodus was rushed to the hospital after her brother found her with a cord around her neck next to the treadmill. He quickly got mom but they were unable to revive her until paramedics came to the scene and gave her CPR. She was rushed to ER and placed on life support. Tyson had been in Vegas at the time but was by her bedside before reports of the incident had even been reported. My heart goes out to this family.

Tyson’s family has issued the following statement:

“We are grateful for the tremendous outpouring of love and prayers from all over the world,” Tyson says in a statment. “There are no words to describe the tragic loss of our beloved Exodus. We ask you now to please respect our need at this very difficult time for privacy to grieve and try to help each other heal.”

Mike Tyson’s 4-year-old little girl, Exodus, was rushed to ER yesterday when her 7-year-old brother found her with a cord wrapped around her neck.  He ran and got mom and when paramedics got there they did CPR.  Currently she’s on life support and in critical condition.  It seems the little girl was playing on or near her daddy’s treadmill and somehow got her neck caught in the wire loop that hangs down. I hate this loop, mine has it too but I’ve taped mine to the side of the machine.

Tyson was down in Vegas and immediately rushed to his home to be at his daughter’s side.  This is such a tragic accident, hopefully she will pull through and be perfectly fine.

UPDATE: Exodus Tyson passed away yesterday afternoon, (on May 26) around 11:45a.m.

Rumor has it, at least across the net that Tila Tequila is pregnant and she’s the one that started the rumor. A rumor, hmm or is it true? Or maybe it is a stunt to get some attention, no one really knows but my guess is if she is preggers we’ll know in a few short weeks/month. What do you think?

On twitter (www.twitter.com/officialtila) she actually outted herself but also claimed she would delete her announcement that she was pregnant within the hour. Only problem, OHNOTHEYDIDN’T saw it first and screen saved it.

Mariska Hargitay is coming forward with what the mystery illness was that put her in the hospital. Many knew that she had a partial lung collapse but no one knew why.  She’s announced that she is her own stunt girl and one of her jumps/lands she did wrong an collapsed her lung. OUCH!
