Jaime Pressly Speaks about Broken Engagement

Published by homemom3 at 3:51 pm under celebrities Edit This

Jaime Pressly is finally coming forward, after four months of calling off her engagement. Here’s what she told Star Magazine and I must agree with her, not all the time will a relationship work out. One never knows until they are with the person 24/7.

“When I was pregnant, Eric’s job changed. He became a traveling deejay. So he was gone a lot. That’s how part of the … separation started. We’d been best friends for so long, and now it was kind of like we were leading two separate lives.”

Yes, this would’ve sucked. Many times a woman likes her man around for the pregnancy, course there are those that love it when he is gone. I missed mine terribly when he was in Iraq and grew anxious as time got closer. But since they were still so new in the relationship this made them go two different ways, they were both maturing and the other wasn’t there.

“It’s hard because when you’re with somebody for a long time or have a child with someone, you start to expect them to be this person you had in mind. Then if they don’t fill the expectation, resentment starts to come up. Sometimes it just doesn’t work.”

Oh yes, the please change because you aren’t who I thought or need you to be. How many have been there and done that?

“I have full custody, but when he’s in town, Eric comes and sees Dezi every day,” she says. “Eric’s very much a part of his life; he’s a great father.”

This is always good, it shows that even though mommy and daddy aren’t together they still love Dezi. Glad to see his dad is still part of his life. Hopefully she will find that Mr.Right out there someday.
