Will Chris Brown Get off on a Misdemeanor?

According to TMZ, Chris Brown is trying to either not plead or plead what he did down to a misdemeanor. Apparently there are people that think this is okay too and are even stating that Chris wasnt’ the only one striking. Rihanna was the one to strike first according to TMZ sources, so this brings to question why didn’t he just pull over and talk it out. Instead he beat the crap out of her. Well these sources are stating they believe because she struck first and fought back (yeah for her life by the looks of it) he could take this out of the felony area and into just a misdemeanor. By the way in all the photos I never did see cuts and bruises on Chris. Must be quick healer. ha

First, is it okay for any man to beat the crud out of a woman? Keep in mind that she had not just bruises but goose eggs on her forehead from where he slammed her into the car window. Ummm, should she have just taken the crap or fought back? What’s your take on this?

Second, if he was any other man that did this to a woman would he not only be in jail but also looking at a felony? Or is it just because he’s a celebrity? I was always taught two things: No man should ever strike a woman and if you do the crime you should do the time. I guess it just depends on how rich you really are.

Voice up, I want to hear what you think.

He’ll probably get away with it since it’s likely she’ll recant her story or at least some part of it now that she’s back with him.
