Miley Cyrus is getting too big for her own good, or maybe her newest idea comes from her new 20-year-old boyfriend. Apparently she’s ready to divorce her mom and pop, yep she wants to be emancipated. Rumors have it Billy, who was once very vocal about how good her new guy Justin was is now having second thoughts.

Now being 16 she wants to be able to do whatever she wants, whenever. Only problem with that is she is 16 and has a multi-million dollar bank account. Something a 20-year-old could take total advantage of. But with the help of her parents it would never happen, course she’s looking at it as they are just being greedy with HER money.

I guess Billy finally pissed her off when he told her to dump the mooch. Hey, we all see it, she’s just blind to it. Well what do you think she did? Called the lawyers and is now trying to divorce her parents.
