DailyMail has come out to warn Violet and Shiloh that there’s a new cutie on the block and she’s really starting to smile. For those that don’t know, it’s been many months since little Suri, daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, has cracked a smile and now she’s doing it in pigtails.

Suri has been dow in New York with mom and dad and she’s definitely a fashionette. She’s been seen wearing the cutest red dress, silver slippers and of course skipping down the street while holding dad’s hand. While she’s been seen smiling a lot, she’s also learned the art of hiding from the press. In the above picture you can see Suri in the cutest blue dress.
